§ 1
a.)
Privileges of a biker are inviolable!
The duty of each road user is to protect, to preserve and to maintain these privileges!
b.)
Cars, lorries and motorcycles do NOT have equal rights.
The prerogative exclusively applies to the pilot of a motorcycle!
c.)
Even due to the classifications of the driving licence
(driving licence for motorbikes class 1 (today class A)) motorcycles cannot and must not be placed on a level with other vehicles; not to mention to be placed on a lower level.
d.)
The motorcyclist is king of all streets!
A disregard of his rights will be judged as double-weighty.
§ 2
a.)
Overtaking other vehicles is a right that motorcyclists enjoy with additional preferences.
b.)
On country roads, Federal roads, within lines and on motorways bikers are allowed to overtake first! Other vehicle drivers must wait until each motorcycle has overtaken, only then, they themselves are allowed to overtake, considering a circumspect safeguard.
c.)
Overtaking motorcycles by cars or other types of vehicles is abusive and out of place on our roads. This may only occur by other bikes with a minimum cubic capacity of 125 ccm.

Overtaking by a trike is just tolerated, however, only if the driver is in possession of a class 1 or a class A driving licence. If the driver drives his vehicle with a driving licence for cars, this privilege does of course not apply! Scooters, even if they posses a cubic capacity of 125 ccm, do not count among bikes!

§ 3
a.)
Normally, for speed limits there is an exceeding tolerance of 10 %.
A motorcyclist, however, is entitled to have the tolerance of 25 %!
b.)
A motorcyclist should ride that fast at least
so that he does not force cars, etc. to overtake himself!
§ 4
a.)
Radar traps can and should ignore motorcyclists!
b.)
Due to the fact that photographs are mainly taken from the front
(where normally no number plate is fixed at a motorcycle) and the rider cannot be identified in his protective clothing, he cannot be held responsible for traffic offences in these cases.
c.)
Bikers are exonerated from "Flensburg-points" (only for Germany)!
Therefore, even in heavier cases summary fines of maximum 75.00 € can be charged!
§ 5
a.)
When getting into a traffic jam or having congested streets,
motorcyclists have the right to dodge to the central reserve.
b.)
On motorways it is also permitted for motorcyclists
to use the passage alley of emergency- and police vehicles.
c.)
In case of emergency, the use of grass- and sand strips
may not be forbidden for motorcyclists!
d.)
Motorcyclists have the unlimited right to use drivable lanes! These rights will only be narrowed down if rescue vehicles might be obstructed!
Airports or rails can additionally be used!
§ 6
a.)
Every biker has the right to equip and to alter his bike as his idea allows
as long as this does not cause gross security risks (e.g. removal of brakes).
b.)
There are no noise regulations! Everyone may have his bike as loud as he wants it!
No fines may be charged due to allegedly too loud exhausts!
c.)
Even the MOT is not authorized to refuse the motorcycle the registration
because of a (too) loud exhaust!
d.)
Loud engines can present an accident-preventable and consequently a life-saving basis. Vehicles with loud engines can be noticed by other road users easier, faster and often from a distance. Thus, they ease the attitude to a traffic situation with reference to such vehicles.
e.)
Too quiet engines, however, can endanger the traffic as they will be noticed by other road
users with a lag of time or they even will not be noticed at all which then is an accident source. If this leads to an accident the driver of a too quiet vehicle can be held accountable regardless of the right of way.
Additionally, he then can be summoned or admonished to enhance the noise of his vehicle!
f.)
Complaints of fellow men with regard to the noise of motorcycles need not be recognized!
Such people do those things out of arbitrariness and on purpose to narrow down the rights of bikers! Intolerance, envy, inactivity and boredom as well as the unnatural satisfaction of those plaintiffs which they cause by quarrelling and harassing others are often triggers of such offences.
§ 7
a.)
Motorcycle shops, bike workshops and stores which offer
bike articles must be signposted sufficiently within a radius of 5 km.
It is never wrong to mark such branches on road maps and maps.
The same applies to the globe!
§ 8
a.)
In closed biker gangs and -groups, newcomers - no matter what age - are welcome,
provided that they also have a real biker heart in their chest!
b.)
Clichés against newcomers are inappropriate!
Unless it is meant as a joke like e.g.:
"How many ….. are necessary to change a spark plug?"
All these laws are irrevocable and become effective
automatically after having read this document!
